Grivo is an on-line service that enables you to locate and navigate to charging stations near or around your geographical location.
The purpose of this privacy policy
The term ‘personal data’ refers to information that relates to you as an identified or identifiable individual.
This privacy policy explains what type of personal data we collect from or about you when you access or use the Grivo website at grivo.co.il (“Site”) or the Grivo application for mobile phones, tablets and similar portable devices (“Application”), why and how we use it and the rights you have over your personal data. In collecting personal data, we are acting as a data controller under law.
We are referred to in this privacy policy as “we”, “us” or “our”, as the context requires. For the purpose of this policy the term “Service” refers to the Site and the Application. The term “you” (and “your”, as applicable) refers to you, the individual user of the Service.
We collect and process personal data about you with your consent, in order to meet our contractual obligations to others, comply with our obligations under applicable law, protect and exercise our legal rights, where necessary to operate, maintain optimize and improve the Service, carry out our business operations, protect the security of our systems and the privacy of our customers, and otherwise protect or further our legitimate interests.
Where we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest, we will only do so where the processing is relevant, adequate and limited to the minimum required in order to achieve the purpose for which the information is collected.

What personal data do we collect and why?
Creating and Managing an Account
You can register to the Service by creating a user account. If you do so, we will ask you for your first and last name and your email address.
Once you create a user account, your contact information will be stored in your account and you may edit and manage it through your account settings.
You can close your account at any time by sending us an email to [email protected]. However, we may retain in our files some information associated with your account for purposes of backups, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, investigations, and compliance with legal requirements.
Newsletters
If you subscribe to our newsletters or updates, we will ask you for your name, your email address and your phone number. We will use your information to send you our newsletters and updates via email or text messages, which contain important information about our Service.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we will ask for your consent to do this, and we will only send you our newsletters for as long as you continue to consent.

Location
When you use the Application on a mobile phone or other portable device, we may collect information concerning your location. We use your location information to show you the location of charging stations near or around your location.
We collect location information only when the privacy settings on your portable device allow sharing of such location information. You can change the privacy settings on your device to disable the location services in the Application at any time.
If you chose to enable the location services on the Application you will be connected to Google Maps or Apple Maps, which will provide you with location information and navigation services to the location of the charging stations. Your use of Google Maps or Apple Maps is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these services and is not covered by this privacy policy.
Sharing your Photos
The Service enables you to share with other users photos you taker of the charging stations. Using this feature will require you to enable the application to use your device’s camera. The photos you choose to share will be at your discretion and will be posted on the service to enable other users to easily identify the charging station and share relevant information about its condition or surroundings. You can ask us to remove and photos that you previously uploaded by contacting us via the Contact Us information below. You agree not to upload (and we reserve the right to remove) any derogatory, defamatory, libellous, obscene or any other illegal content.
Cookies and Tracking
When you visit the Service we automatically collect your IP address and information concerning your online activities, such as the device and browser information, the pages you visit and the content you view. We also use certain tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, or third-party analytics tools to obtain such information.

How long do we keep personal data for?

We have no control over and are not responsible for the information that is submitted to, collected or processed by such third-party services or applications and this privacy policy does not cover any data collection or processing by such third-party services or applications. You are encouraged to carefully read the privacy policies and the terms of use of those third-party services or applications to understand their procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing personal data.
Security
We maintain data security procedures and systems that are designed to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your personal data. However, you acknowledge that transmission or storage of data over the Internet is not guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security of your personal data.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
